Custom Essential Massage

Relax, unwind, relieve pain. Whether you want to address chronic neck, shoulder, or lower back pain, relieve trigger points, promote healing after an injury, or just unwind and relax, this massage is custom designed to meet YOUR needs. A combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques are customized to address your individual goals for the session. The Essential Massage can be delivered as a full-body relaxation massage, a focused deep tissue session on problem areas, or a combination of the two. Your massage will be custom designed to meet your individual needs. To enhance results, add hot stone heat therapy to problem areas and/or an aromatherapy oil for $15.

Hot Stone Massage

Especially nice during the cold winter months! This specialty relaxation massage takes the massage experience to a whole new level, often leaving your body completely tension free and your mind in a state of euphoric bliss. Deliciously warm stones are placed along the spine, at the solar plexus, heart chakras, and other energy points. This relaxes both the nerves and muscles, and is also thought to open energy flow channels throughout the body. Heat is conveyed deep into the muscles as the therapist glides warm basalt stones over the major muscle groups during the full body massage. Muscles melt like butter! Plus, when the initial bliss wears off, and you begin to assimilate the healing initiated by this wonderful massage, you will likely enjoy the beneficial effects and feel great for weeks to come.

I come to you! Your office, a public event, or even a hospital. I bring all necessary supplies, and the client remains fully clothed during the session.

Hospital Reflexology Sessions - When a full massage is not possible, reflexology is a great substitute, and can be provided in your hospital room. Reflexology works with the body's energy flow to stimulate healing and balance in your entire body. Research has shown that "Post surgical patients who receive foot massage and medication report "significantly less" agony than those on painkillers alone."

Corporate Chair Massage for Employee Heath - Many businesses are now offering this to their employees monthly as a part of their benefits package, as it has been shown to increase overall employee performance. I also provide services for special events and conferences.

Deluxe Foot & Hand Treatment w/ Reflexology

Begin with a warm aromatherapy foot soak while your hands and forearms are gently massaged and hydrated. A polishing and exfoliating sugar scrub of the feet and lower legs follows. Finally, the feet and legs are massaged with an aromatherapy balm using reflexology techniques that stimulate energy flow through the entire body. You may feel like you got a full body massage in half the time!

Working on principles of acupressure, the reflexology massage involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot that correspond to other parts of the body. Pressure to these reflex zones stimulates body organs and relieves areas of congestion. Reflexology works with the body's energy flow to stimulate healing and balance in your entire body.
