This massage uses oils or lotions and a variety of gentle techniques to relax muscular tension, increase the oxygen flow in the blood, and release toxins from the muscles. It consists of light to medium to deep pressure, depending on your preference. I can also incorporate targeted deep tissue, joint mobility, myofascial, and trigger point therapy for maximum therapeutic effect.
The Essential Massage can be delivered as a full-body relaxation massage, a focused deep tissue session on problem areas, or a combination of the two. Your massage will be custom designed to meet your individual needs.
**Mobile, in-home delivery of the Essential Massage (for women and couples only) is available with an additional travel fee.**
Hot Stone Massage

This is the Essential Massage combined with smooth, heated stones to soothe and relax the body. This specialty massage takes the relaxation experience to a whole new level, often leaving your body completely tension free and your mind in a state of euphoric bliss.
Heat is conveyed deep into the soft tissues of the body by the laying on of stones at strategic points. This relaxes both the nerves and muscles, and is also thought to open energy flow channels throughout the body.
Deliciously warm stones are placed along the spine, at the solar plexus and heart chakras, between the toes, as well as on several major acupressure points. The therapist also holds heated stones in her hand while gliding them across the major muscle groups during the full body massage.
This treatment is extremely effective for relieving chronic tension and certain pain conditions, as well as simply providing an overall fantastic relaxation massage experience. Plus, when the initial bliss wears off, and you begin to assimilate the healing initiated by this wonderful massage, you will likely enjoy the beneficial effects and feel great for weeks to come.
On-site Seated
Neck, Shoulder and Back Massage
$20 per 15 minute increment
Targeting the most critical areas of the body for overall relaxation, this massage can be delivered at any location where I can set up a chair and/or desktop face cradle. The client remains fully clothed during the session, making this an ideal choice for the workplace or any public special event.
Contact me to find out how to schedule an employee massage appreciation day at your business, or offer seated massage at your next party or special event! A two hour minimum is required for on-site seated massage.
