Recommended Post Op Treatment schedule:  
The first two months are the most critical for getting the swelling and inflammation under control and facilitating optimal healing. By month three you are moving into maintenance phase.  Depending on the procedures you had, you may continue to get some swelling for up to a year after your surgery. 
 

Month One – 6  sessions.  2 x per week until 4  weeks post-op, starting at around 1 week after your surgery.
Month Two – 4 sessions.  1x per week until 8 weeks post-op. We also add in scar work during this stage.
Month Three – 2 sessions.  1x biweekly until 12 weeks post-op

Month 4 and beyond – 1x per month, until fully recovered. Discharged from post-op, and switch to regular MLD
