My signature Integrative Bodywork is a full-body, deep relaxation, holistic touch therapy that relieves tension and pain at all your trouble spots, while gently aligning & balancing the entire mind/body matrix. I work with the structure of the body as well as the energies that animate it.
It is for those who want to address pain, injury, anxiety, want to get back in balance mentally and physically, or simply wish to reduce stress, unwind, and relax. **Very helpful for those recovering from trauma & PTSD**
I bring all of my knowledge and experience to the table to support you reaching your wellness goals and returning your mind and body to a state of balance.
Sessions are performed fully clothed, unless we are integrating therapies that require lotion/oil, or lymph massage which requires skin-to-skin contact. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing to your appointment. Avoid belts, jewelry, and strong perfumes.

My experienced and knowledgeable hands are soothing and nurturing, and know just what is needed to bring down pain, relax the body, calm the nervous system, and help you come back to yourself again. Most clients go into a deep meditative state of relaxation during their treatments. They get up off the table with better posture, less pain, and feeling easier in their bodies with a wonderful sense of inner harmony. Any symptoms are usually immediately improved, and are likely to be significantly better within 3-5 sessions.
